MICHAEL ZAKHARI
licensed Paralegal, Notary Public and Commissioner of OathMr. Michael Zakhari is a founder of MZ Legal Services & Co-founder of MZ legal and Immigration services in Mississauga, Ontario.
Michael has graduated with honors from Canadian business college, and he is a licensed paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, and he is a Notary Public and a Commissioner of an Oath; also he carries a bachelor’s degree in English literature.
Michael is a competent professional Paralegal who helped many people and businesses in Ontario with their Landlord and Tenant matters, Traffic Tickets, and refugee cases. Michael also helped many newcomer families from the Gulf and Middle East area during their stay in that region.
Michael possesses extensive expertise in Canadian Immigration and Refugee laws; with his dedication and sharp focus on the case at hand, he was able to successfully win several asylum court cases and countless cases of IRB representation.
Michael’s specialized skill set includes helping his clients in cases such as procedural fairness, pre-removal risk assessment, residency obligation appeals, detention review, landlord and tenant disputes, IAD appeals, and much more.

licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)Mr. Said Mikhail is the founder of GOODMAN Immigration & Co-Founder of MZ legal and immigration services in Mississauga, Ontario. Said is a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants(CICC).
Said is a highly trained professional having in-depth knowledge of Canadian Immigration Law and its intricacies. Said is a dedicated professional with a compassionate soul and well understanding of the needs of newcomers; he has successfully helped many families resettle in Canada as their new home country.
Said has developed expertise in several different branches of Immigration and Citizenship laws– spousal sponsorship, economic immigration stream (express entry), temporary foreign worker program, and labour market impact assessment (LMIA), as well as different study, work, and visitors visa- are just a few areas of practice to mention.
Mr. Mikhail pursued a career as an entrepreneur thus, he is an action taker, and he is always on top of his continuing education mandatory program that translates to an efficient and realistic consultant; his mantra is “transparency is the easiest way to land you in Canada.”
EMAD ESHAQ
Office ManagerMr. EMAD ESHAQ is an Office Manager at MZ LEGAL AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES.
Emad graduated in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Assuit in Egypt. In 2021 he successfully obtained his Immigration consultancy Diploma from CDI College in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Emad spent over six years providing immigration services at Step by Step service DMCC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He is poised to complete his licensing requirements to become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant as per the requirements of the College.
Having worked overseas in the field of immigration for over six years gave him many great attributes and exposed him to solid experiences in the immigration and resettlement field. He is an analytical thinker, he is a problem solver; he thinks outside the box and always looking for a whole solution rather than a bandage one.
Mr. Eshaq is truly a solid contributor to the office of MZ legal and Immigration services in Mississauga, Ontario.
